A Sheriff Brigade is a group of citizens devoted to supporting their Sheriffs as he upholds his solemn oath of office to preserve and protect the inalienable rights of “We The People”. The purpose of the Sheriff Brigades of Pennsylvania is to provide and promote educational resources, civic interaction and networking between the Sheriff’s Office and the citizenry. It is the people who must become educated and united on a county level to preserve and protect this great nation.
The Sheriff is the Chief Peace Officer in his County. Within his jurisdiction, the Sheriff has more power and authority than the Governor and the President of the United States. The Sheriff has the power to deem a law or regulation unconstitutional and therefore invalid. It is his sworn duty to protect the people and stop tyranny at the County line.
