Legislation Introduced in Pennsylvania to Protect Marriage

The Time Has Come to Take Action

Mar 3, 2006

The institution of marriage is under attack and the time has come for Pennsylvanians to take action. 20 states have amended their constitutions to protect marriage. Pennsylvania needs to do the same. Legislation is being introduced in Pennsylvania to amend our State Constitution to protect marriage by defining it as the union between one man and one woman. But we need your help.

This issue will be decided one way or another. The real choice for us is this: Who Will Decide? Activist judges or We, the People? Without a constitutional amendment, we, the people will not have a say.

MARRIAGE PROTECTION AMENDMENT INTRODUCED IN PA SENATE and HOUSE BILLS

PA Marriage Protection Amendment legislation has now been introduced in the State Senate (SB 1084) by Sen. Bob Regola and in the State House (HB 2381) by Reps. Boyd, Metcalfe, Forcier, True, and Yewcic. Contact your own State Senator and State Rep. today and urge them to work for passage!
