The American Pastors Network announces it’s Pulpit Champion for the month of December, 2014.  Each month we’ll highlight a Pastor who has demonstrated a desire to promote the mission, vision, and purpose of APN.  This month we have chosen Rev. Todd Johnson, Senior Pastor of the First Immanuel  Baptist Church in North Philadelphia, PA and a member of the Pennsylvania Pastors Network Leadership Council. 3. Why do you think it is important for pastors to speak out? I think Pastors should speak out to the issues of the day,  because people need to hear from Gods Word and God’s people concerning the soul of the matter which is “What does the Bible say?”.
